Designing Our Dream Office: A Journey from Concept to Creation
At BRNS Design, we recently embarked on an exciting journey to transform a rundown building into our dream office space. Being our own clients was both thrilling and challenging, giving us firsthand insight into the stress and decision fatigue our clients often experience.
The first step in our office transformation was choosing the right location. After spending considerable time at the Solana complex, where we watched our Jonah Digital project come to life, we knew this was the perfect spot for our new office. The daunting existing conditions of the old Boy Scout building didn't deter us. Instead, we were inspired by the unique architecture and eager to take on the challenge of breathing new life into the space.

Embracing the Challenge
As designers, we’re used to managing projects for others, but taking on our own office design was a unique adventure. We had to rethink how we could utilize our space more efficiently while maintaining the vibrant, creative atmosphere that defines us.
Bringing Bold Ideas to Life
Our vision came alive with bold design choices—think pink cabinetry and daring wallpaper that reflect our playful spirit. Every corner of the office was thoughtfully crafted to inspire creativity and collaboration among our team.
Overcoming Obstacles
Overhauling a neglected building required dedication and ingenuity. We navigated challenges and made countless decisions to ensure every detail aligned with our vision. This process deepened our empathy for clients as we faced the same pressures they do.

Despite the hurdles, the journey was incredibly rewarding. We now have a space that not only meets our functional needs but also brings us joy every day. Walking into the office, we feel energized and ready to tackle new projects with passion.
